Excellent movers but the items labelled Fragile were not taken care of and moved and transported like usual cartons. Broke my washing machine while moving from one truck to another (which I don’t understand why would they adopt such cumbersome technique) but bought me a new washing machine. So professional I would say . I would have loved if two people came to unload instead of one . I would recommend it and use their service next time with these above recommendations.

I used the services of A2Z recently for a move form Sydney to Melbourne. It was only a relatively small amount of goods to move and it went without an issue. The only point that I needed to clarify is who should be receiving the balance payment upon delivery of the goods in Melbourne as this what i was asked to do was different to the instruction received. That was quickly resolved with a phone call. I can recommend the service and would use them again.

Also we had a couple boxes that contained really expensive and fragile items. Even when the driver was told so, he was roughly handling those boxes. When we called the office, the lady just said “we can’t do anything, small things break during the transit. Our insurance doesn’t cover it”

The inventory list you have emailed to us didn't have a glass picture frame and when you asked for bubble wrap, we didn't have it on the day, so the driver wrapped it with blanket instead. You asked to have a few of your boxes to be wrapped and protected in plastic wraps because they have fragile china wares in it, but this is not part of our service and was not included in the quote as we just upload them as it is and they were packed on top of the other boxes. Furthermore, on our revised quote to you, you have asked for a discount of $100 for delivery on the 3rd floor via staircases and we gave you the discount out of goodwill as you are only moving a few items, not a full load. Good price. Speakers, Tallboy were damaged slightly in the corners. Otherwise, it's all good experience dealing with the company and driver.
