Guys were great. Although I was told I would get a call when they were on approach, I didn't. They were early. Was quoted one hour, it took one hour almost exactly. But was charged for two because it was "depot to depot". I feel like they should have told me that earlier as it worked out to be double what we were quoted. And I'm sure they would have had to know it was going to take longer than one hour factoring in travel prior to and back from both destinations.

Hello Shana, Looking back on your jobsheet, I do apologise for stating 1 hr, when you were charged for 1.75hrs. Although the original estimate was for 1 hour, the extradrop-offs at Hyde Park and Westbourne park blew this time out. 4 cubic metres from Glenelg to Sturt 'depot to depot' would have kept it in the time originally estimated. I do appreciate the relative high score of 4.5 though, much appreciated. All the best. Alex.
