Finding a good removalist is difficult, these guys were booked for 11am and called at 8am to try for a reschedule to 5pm, blaming truck issues (which is code for we've just double booked our runs and need to move you around) eventually after alot of rearranging we settled on a 6pm time, the guys were perfectly on time (shame it wasn't the original time but never the less) they were friendly in terms of customer service, I have 6 bookcases of various sizes from very small to large all of which were scratched due to being slid around the truck so that was frustrating, more annoying was the 2 inch long deep scratch on the front right corner of my Miele washing machine (a fun fact about these machines is the front of them is baked enamel which you can't scratch easily) also due to being extremely poorly treated the feet all need to be replaced at almost $30 each so all up they did about $800 in damage just to that. The by the hour charge was good but if I was deducting time for sitting on the back of the truck having a chat and being on the phone I'd say there was an additional $120 in wasted cash, not to mention they just left behind 2 recliners which I'll need to hire a van to move. In summary we all know moving is difficult and stressful and can be at the mercy of random strangers moving your hard earned household bits and pieces but come on guy's you can do a lot better.

Hi Alex, Im sorry to hear you had some issues with your move. We havent heard from you since, so didnt know of any issues, we prioritise customer service and your happiness is our number one goal, we wish we found out directly from you to offer a solution prior to this review being posted. Our staff advised a larger truck due to the distance travelled + the amount listed in your inventory which you declined and were more than happy to hire a van/trailer to move the final belongings, we sent you an email regarding this.
As for the delay, we had 2 morning moves much larger than we were notified, standard moves became 4 men jobs etc, not code for double booking, all our staff are trained to only book in what we are able to complete reasonably. If you would like, we are more than happy to still discuss the issues experienced and investigate the causes into why and how this issue has happened.
