Unfortunately I had to help load and unload the truck I do have a bad back then on arrival at my new location I see that my lawn mower is upside down in the truck leaking oil out of the muffler and onto my lounge and I say other customers boxes you should NEVER turn them upside down and most of my stuff was left in the carport for me to bring in the driver did help with the queen bed and lounge.
