Fragile were absolutely outstanding right from pick up in Melbourne to delivery to us in Perth, after a few weeks of COMPLIMENTARY storage in Perth. I have to admit, I thought there must be some catch when I read that there was up to 7 weeks complimentary storage if moving interstate, but no, it was 100% legit. The guys who packed up in Melbourne were efficient and SUPER careful with our belongings. Same on the other side when they unloaded for us in Perth, efficient and punctual. We had our bikes boxed and were concerned, however, it was communicated across that these needed care. They arrived as they left!! Lovely, friendly staff. On the admin side, Peter was very helpful and Fragile completed this job for almost $900 cheaper than most quotes. Very impressed. Have recommended them to friends and if ever needed, we would definitely use them again. Thanks Fragile :) Clodagh & Pete

All was professional, on time and helpful. The only criticism I have is when completing the automated online list of defined household goods, it does not provide (at least that was obvious to me) allowances for adding or noting differences in basics. Example would be I have a professional grade monitor on my main work from home PC. I was charged for an extra TV because they considered the monitor a TV. Now that would be fine except for 2 things... 1-there is no tuner in the monitor, thus it can not be a TV, it's a monitor! And 2-they did not lower the total PC cost commensurate with charging the monitor as another more exoensive item. This type of unusual, and dare I say underhanded cash grab was repeated on many items, such as my king size ensemble... The website just lists 1 bed-size=king. I was charged extra for the base, as apparently the mattress alone constitutes the bed. Initial Vic to WA quote was a tad over $4k, the final price I had to pay to GET my stuff delivered was an extra $2.3K... Totalling all up $6.5K in the end. It all seemed a little too dodgy for a simple few mistakes on web design. Be sure to write comprehensive lists when getting quotes ....

I moved from Perth to Melbourne with a 2 bedroom house of items. I was originally going to move to Geelong. Fragile were able to store my things at their Melbourne office until I found a place. I ended up changing plans and finding a place in Melbourne. Fragile were able to delivery my stuff from storage and also pick up more items from my temporary accommodation I was at and delivery it all to my new house. The team on the phone are great and the removalists they sent out both in Perth and Melbourne were friendly, on time and very careful moving my things. If I or anyone I know needs a removalist, I will highly recommend Fragile.

The process of picking up and delivering goods was great but the actual communication throughout the service was below average. Quote had said storage included for up to 7 weeks but when asking for our stuff to be stored for a 2 week interim it seemed too hard and they wanted to deliver before we were ready to take delivery although i had mentioned multiple times that storage was required until further notice. Once delivery date was found for.our stuff there was no confirmations that what i had requested was going to take place and it took 3 to 4 phone calls to actually get a straight answer.
