Would not recommend them to my worst enemy, my partner and I feel that the day they took to load our few items was one of the worst days of our live. They left most of our garage stuff behind as they were already loaded with someone else's belongings, stating they would pick it up the following week when they would be passing, then after unloading at Queensland wanted $800 more to pick up what was left.

Great job. Out of a large 5 bedroom home there was only one thing broken. They called to let us know and had a replacement piece arranged ASAP. In a move there has to be at least one problem, to me it’s how you manage the problem that matters and Gold Coast Removals managed that one issue perfectly. Communication was fantastic leading to and during pickup/drop off (which was exqctly as promised time wise), however my BBQ was damaged and left as such without them advising me. Once I found the damage shortly after delivery, they became uncontactable.
