I wouldn't use this moving company again. Everyone was nice and friendly but the problem was the movers had no idea how to properly pack a tuck. There is a dent in my Sony speaker grill, there is a puncture hole in my sofa lining and they had to be told to wrap the mattress several times, even though it was included in the price of my move. When looking at review, I was quite 50/50 to get in touch. but I decided to give it a go. Initial enquiry was good and very prompt. we booked for a premium service for up to 25 cubic space with multiple picked up points and paid deposit. date is at our choice as it was a premium service. however, they changed the pick up date a day later and for that reason we told them some sender might need to attend friday prayer from 1-2pm. The whole day they made me feel like moving my things was an effort to them. They sighed about where things needed to go. They complained when they got to my new house that it had stairs even though I told the company when I booked that the house had stairs. They were gone for almost an hour and a half in between our 2 houses even though the houses are only 30 mins apart then said they had to get petrol but had McDonald’s wrappers in their car. My experience with this iMove company has been absolutely terrible.
As soon as they got my deposit the customer service stopped caring about providing me (the customer) with a good customer service experience, like keeping me informed for example.
