Established family business from 15 years ago which we purchased 2016 and changed business name to Koala Backloading chosen by our little daughter. Have done Vic, NSW and Qld since started but currently doing NSW and Qld, operated by father and son. Moved a lot of lovely customers through freightliners, movingagain, movemeremovals and moving select and have many returning customers or friends and relatives of people we have moved. Have also assisted many DV women customers with their moves and its been quite an interesting journey moving people from all walks of life!!

The day before the pick up we were advised that there could be delays to the next day. The coordinator misinformed me and my husband. On the day of the pick up they showed up 5 hours later than the agreed time (which was already delayed by a day). The delivery was more accurate and organized. But the initial hurdle and way to handle the issue by the company was not the best. If you are tight with schedules I wouldn't recommended it.

Yes agree with your review, and delay caused by one customer or jobs cancelled at last minute can affect the whole schedule and its something thats beyond our control which customers dont really care about except their furniture being moved. Unfortunately its happened on this trip and we sincerely apologize
