Mick and Mike were great! They arrived a little before the scheduled time and started moving things promptly with little fuss. They asked questions when required, took care to wrap things properly and carefully and were overall very friendly. They also did a great job moving a very long couch up a lot of stairs when it wouldn't fit in the lift. Would highly reccommend and use them again.

Horrible communication. I was specific about the items needed to be moved and they showed up with a truck way too big that couldn’t fit in the parking garage (of which I also specified). They also showed up 3 hours late (could also say 9 hours as they originally said 7 am and showed up at 16:45). The movers themselves were kind and they were not to blame as they were not even informed on what the job was. Horrible communication between client, management, and movers.

Response from MR Maintenance and Removal

Hi Kaya, the original job did not have a height clearance issue, you then added an additonal pick up the night before with the height issue and the trucks were already allocated. The movers on the day were more than happy to pick up the extra items and told you that the job will not take longer than the already discussed 3 hours. We discussed with you to move the time back as an option you were fine with it so this is a very unfair review, if we were to do the original job not the extra picks ups there would of been no issue we quote you on the job you describe and not any random extras you decide to add last minute. We were happy to accomodate and get the move done the truck did not need to park in the loading dock as the second location only had 3 items parking on the street would've not been a big issue for us.
