I was not able to get in contact with the movers by phone, but their email communication was prompt. They arrived 1.45 hours late, which was a bit disappointing. But the movers were courteous and took care of my things.

Very good service and good care of furniture. Al little bit reasonable surcharge of moving goods from elevator to the truck cross the road because of hight limitation of the building carpark.

Good service. When I was booking the job, they told me the truck driver has an EFTPOS but the did not have it. They asked me for the bank transfer.

Really helpful and friendly, good price. They really made a lot of effort to move all my items even when there were logistics challenges going into an apartment with only 1 small lift. They were a bit late on arrival but communicated via text beforehand, I also felt they could have been faster with packing and unpacking the truck.
