Our moving team were really friendly and communication was good. The job did take significantly longer than quoted (the guys didn’t move slowly but parked further away than was ideal and did have to contend with both properties having internal stairs), so it was more expensive than anticipated as the very high rate charged per every extra 15mins. Access and stairs and our contents were all described when we listed the job so it was disappointing to not have been accurately quoted. Care was generally taken with all items but we did notice a lot of scuffs on the walls and floors after the move (we moved into a new build so it was really noticeable that it wasn’t there before). Overall we’d consider booking with QPM again as it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think we could have gotten a similar level of service for a cheaper price.
