The only negative is they didn't call 30 minutes as agreed before arrival and they didn't appropriately explain the order of loading the truck. Other than that it was all good, they were efficient and even though I helped they did all the hard work. They even have a seet of tools for dismantling pieces of furniture if required. The price was as agreed, no surprises. Would definitely hire them again.

Our pick-up location was particularly difficult, with inaccessible parking and several flights of stairs, but they handled it all really well. They also took care with all our stuff and delicate wooden furniture, of which we had a lot. Finally, I was really impressed with how much thought went into actually loading the truck, with the ordering of furniture, smallgoods, and whitegoods, and also with ensuring everything was packed securely. We had a terrible moving experience with Sing Movers and would never recommend them to anyone. They arrived three hours late and the job took triple the amount of time that was quoted. There was no communication to advise of the delay and a different excuse was used every time we were finally able to reach someone over the phone which was rare. We also had to help them move things ourselves otherwise they would've taken even longer and we were still moving things in to our apartment at 7pm on a Friday night. Do not book your next move with them! We certainly never will again.

Arrived within the stated time interval, but gave some tense moments as I had to vacate the house in another couple of hours. Once there, the two man team was very efficient and quick. Full marks to them. All household items were intact. Very much recommended.

I had an early morning booking at 7 am and they arrived at 7.30 am. That was still ok but it was 7 am and I didn’t receive any call or message saying they are late and when I called they didn’t receive the call 3 times making me panic. Later a person received the call said he will find out and call me back, which never happened. Moving service was good. But really need to improve communication and follow up.

Reserving the move was easy and smooth, however the day of the move had a very unpleasant start, the moving crew arrived over 2.5 hours after scheduled start (given reason was broken down truck so an alternative had to be arranged), no update or communication throughout the wait, once called I was given excuses upon excuses upon excuses. HOWEVER, the moving crew was super lovely, worked fast, careful and professional. I required multiple pick up places and they managed it without a hitch, absolutely no complaints. If you don't have a tight time schedule, I would recommend Singh Movers.

I chose Singh Movers to transport our house hold items from Canberra to Melbourne as their quote was cheaper. But, I had a terrible experience with them. They did not deliver our black color chair . They load items from different people in one truck and they don't have a mechanism to identify the things clearly. I called the driver and other guys around 6 times. I also called the manager Sam through his mobile for 5 times and sent an SMS. Everyone promised me to deliver the missing chair next day but no one turned up even after a month. We were not well informed about their pick up time as they keep changing. We did not receive any payment details in advance but the guys refused to unload the goods until I paid the full amount in cash as they don't accept any other mode of payments. In my view, they are not doing this professionally and you won't get a peace of mind. At one point, you will get confused about whom you need to call and check the status of your goods. I will never use their service again.

Terrible. Not qualified. Didn't even have any equipment to move things. Had to leave things behind as they were not equipped even though twice I told them that they would need trolleys/dollys and they told me it would not be a problem. Damaged furniture. Couldn't pack the truck properly to fit everything in. It was not a big job at all. I'm a girl and I did more lifting than they did. Very sorry that I ever used their service.
