Fabulous service. From the initial quote to the transport of our items to their final address , we were really impressed. Two terrific guys who moved contents of a 2 bedroom unit (on the third floor with no lift) from Randwick to Maroubra. They came the day before to review access points and appraise the contents to be moved. They were hard working, professional and delivered everything efficiently without a break. Sam also made sure he quoted correctly and did not hide any fees (as the other providers did). Highly recommended and would use them again.

Sirius Removals was quick to respond to my request for a quote and personally called me to assure me the job would only take 2.5 hours and they'd be sending two professional removalists with significant experience. On the day, one guy seemed experienced and another was clearly not. They took double the time quoted (5 hours), and I even ended up helping move a lot of items to help speed things up and ended up lapping the less experienced guy on more than one occasion. The service was fine and all my stuff was looked after, but for all the talk from the sales person on the phone, they didn't deliver and it ended up costing nearly $350 more than quoted.
