They arrived late with a small truck despite I've provided pictures of furniture and volume of the storage room ( could not list exactly all small items) Handling with the furniture was very rough, we've found a lot of scratches and dents on our items. They moved cca three quarters of our stuff and asked for another extra payment $500 for overloading their small truck. Very unprofessional in comparison with another company we used before, Not recommended.

We are sorry for your negative experience with us. The inventory mentioned at the time of giving quote request was 17.87 cubic meters. However we brought a 30 cubic meter truck which was fully loaded. You had almost 11-12 cubic meters extra. The quote given was as per the agreed inventory list and we clearly mentioned in the booking contract that there will be an extra charge for added inventory. And we charge a very minimal amount. We have also asked you in advance to reconfirm your inventory list. It becomes very difficult for us to manage everything on the spot however we have tried our best to manage and to load everything. Luckily we brought a comparatively bigger truck and we loaded everything. We were indeed looking for an appreciation note for the way we handled everything. Thanks for your valuable time.
