The mover arrived late and was unclear when he would arrive at the destination. The mover also did not have two people permanently assigned to the move, instead having people meet the driver on site. This meant that on arrival the the destination, the driver did not have anyone available to assist and needed to move a fridge, sofa and queen bed on his own. As expected he then damaged the bed frame and also knocked the fridge into the door frame several times.

We are sorry for your negative experience with us. The inventory mentioned at the time of giving quote request was 17.87 cubic meters. However we brought a 30 cubic meter truck which was fully loaded. You had almost 11-12 cubic meters extra. The quote given was as per the agreed inventory list and we clearly mentioned in the booking contract that there will be an extra charge for added inventory. And we charge a very minimal amount. We have also asked you in advance to reconfirm your inventory list. It becomes very difficult for us to manage everything on the spot however we have tried our best to manage and to load everything. Luckily we brought a comparatively bigger truck and we loaded everything. We were indeed looking for an appreciation note for the way we handled everything. Thanks for your valuable time.
