Worst experience ever, extremely slow, unprofessional, it ended up with arguments over the phone where I complained about their services and in return they asked me to pay immediately, holding all my belongings in their truck. They said they will not deliver them to my new place until I pay as I am considered a high risk customer. Why? Because I complained about how long it took them to remove all my furniture from my house, with long breaks for smoking and resting.

Dear Clara,
We apolagise that you feel that way but please note the following;
1. We advised you of the delay with plenty of notice and you agreed for a late afternoon start.
2. In Australia, heavy verbal abuse towards on -field staff & office staff is not accepted and you will be a high risk customer and treated accordingly.
3. When you threaten staff with inappropriate language plus threaten not to pay upon completion, it is standard practice in the removal industry not to unload until proof of payment is met. 4. Your move was a 2 bedroom unit which had 4-5 flights of stairs and the job was completed in 3 or so hours and not to mention we took a hour off the total bill plus $10 per hour to ensure everyone is happy at the completion. 5. In all fairness no furniture was damaged, you received a 1 hour discount for the delay in start time and $10 dollars off every hour till job was completed along with free shrink wrap and no extra charges for stairs.
